Do I have to sign a contract?
No, however we do ask that you abide by our terms of service/policy billing.
How often do you come out?
Once a week.
What if it rains or snows?
We work in the rain unless it’s a lightning storm or heavy downpour.
We usually work in the snow but occasionally we may have to skip a week
if the poop is hidden by a blanket of snow.
Do you work year-round?
Your dog does his business year-round so we do too.
Do you charge the same for small dogs as large dogs?
Yes. Cleaning up after a small dog may seem like less work but trying to
find those tiny piles can be time-consuming.
What do you do with the dog waste?
We double-bag it, tie it, and put it in your outside garbage container
to go out with your trash collection.
Can you do a one-time cleanup?
Yes. We will quote a you a price based on the size of your yard and how “busy” your
dog has been.
Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. We do not jump over fences so please leave the lock off your gate
on service day.
Can you work with the dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We are fellow dog lovers and know how to get along
with them. If your dog is not good with strangers, we’ll ask you
to restrain of confine your dog.
What if I want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you call the office in time to tell us not to
come out.
How do I pay?
We’ll drop off your invoice on the last visit of the month. Payment
will be due by the 15th of the following month.
What if I refer a friend?
For every customer you refer (one-time cleanup excluded) you’ll get
a free week of cleaning.
How do I get started?
Call our Message Center and leave your name, address, and day and night
phone numbers. We’ll call you back and set a date to START SCOOPING!
